Tracy Hopper is honored to be Franklin County first female jailer. Tracy is a lifelong resident of Franklin County. Tracy is married and has two children. Tracy began her career in corrections at the Franklin County Regional Jail in 1987. During her time at the jail she was a contracted transport officer for the United States Marshall Service, Eastern District of Kentucky. Tracy has also worked for the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts, Department of Pretrial Services where she served both Franklin and Woodford Counties. Tracy has over 20 years of both jail and court experience.
Tracy has passion for families in Franklin County that struggle with addiction and mental health issues. She is committed to working with community partners to find solutions in resolving the struggles of these populations. All while being committed to the Care, Custody and Control of the Franklin County Regional Jail. |
