It is the mission of the Franklin County Regional Jail to provide for the care, custody and control of the inmate and for the safety and security of our community, this facility and our staff. We will provide proper and ethical treatment of the inmates and their needs.

We are committed to being a good steward of taxpayer monies entrusted to us to operate this facility with a high standard for ethics and efficiency with a clear and transparent relationship with all of our community partners and the public at large.

We are committed to promoting treatment and recovery for the inmate and the court system through community corrections to reduce recidivism and help build a stronger, more successful citizen.

It is also our intent to work closely with our Judiciary as we serve at the pleasure of the courts.

These things will be strived for daily under this administration.
